RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Any discrepancy/returns in the order received must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of the goods. If any items are to be returned you must notify us and list the product number and reason for the returns must be included in the box or the order will not be processed,  all items must be unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached - with a copy of your invoice.

Sale items - No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be notified of next sale, join our e-mail list at the bottom of the page.

Halloween Return / Exchange Policy from September 1 to November 10 - You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving items - with a copy of your invoice - for a full merchandise refund or exchange. To be eligible your return/exchange has to be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.

Christmas Return / Exchange Policy from November 11 to December 15  - You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached by January 15 - with a copy of your invoice - for a full merchandise refund or exchange.

Exchanges and Returns take about 10 days to process and the items you want may sell out. Instead of exchanging an item we recommend you buy the correct item you want now, before it sells out and returning your unused / unworn items for a refund.

Stockings and panties are not refundable if opened or worn.

Shipping charges that you pay extra for (Next Day Air, etc.) are not refundable.

Return / Exchange shipping cost is customer's responsibility.

Easy Return / Exchange Instructions
Step 1
Need your Exchanged items as soon as possible? The fastest way is to reorder what you want online and return your unworn / unused items for a refund.

Carefully package the unworn / unused items to be returned and enclose instructions (including a copy of your packing slip or invoice) indicating if you want a refund or an exchange.

If you want to exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like. 

If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, your credit card will be either credited or charged for the difference.

Exchanges and Returns take about 10 days to process. Allow an additional 5 days to receive your exchange and for return credits to show up on your credit card statement.

We'll either exchange, issue a credit to your credit card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase within 15 days of receiving unworn / unused merchandise.
